「民謡ユニットこでらんに～」
フレディ塚本(民謡唄い手)、秋山和久(津軽三味線)その後ミカド香奈子(篠笛)、ちゃんゆか(お囃子・太鼓)からなる民謡ユニット。
2018年に結成後、コロナ禍の2021年夏「民謡交換プロジェクト」の発足を機に4人での活動を本格化。その場にいる誰もが口ずさみ、思わず踊りだしたくなる民謡をモットーに、ライブやフェスへの出演や、海外アーティストとのセッションまで、幅広く活動中。
“Minyo-Coderanny” is a 4 member Minyo group formed in 2018. Minyo is a style of Japanese folk singing.
The members of the group are Freddie Tsukamoto is the Minyo vocalist, Kazuhisa Akiyama plays the Tsugaru-Shamisen, Kanako Mikado plays Shinobue(a Japanese traditional flute), and Chan-Yuka plays Ohayashi (a musical accompaniment) and Taiko (drums.)
The group gained attention in 2021, amidst the Covid-19 pandemic with the initiation of the “Minyo Exchange Project” embracing the motto of performing Minyo Songs that everyone present could hum to and feel compelled to dance.
The Unit engages in a wide range of activities including live appearances at festivals and collaborations with international artists.
