やぐらステージエリアの注意事項
・やぐらステージエリア（以後エリアとします）内は電子タバコ含み禁煙です。
・エリア内での場所取り、敷き物、椅子の利用は禁止です。
・クーラーボックスの持ち込みは禁止です。
・飲食可能です。
・車椅子優先エリアは設けておりません。ご了承ください。
・車椅子で芝生に入ることが禁止のため、車椅子では芝生エリア以外でのご鑑賞となります。
・ベビーカーの持ち込みはできません。クロークにてお預けください（有料）
・大きな荷物をお持ちのお客様はクロークへお預けいただくようご協力お願いいたします。
・ペット同伴でのご入場はできません。（会場のエリア外は可能です）
・ゴミは必ず買われたキッチンカーへお戻しいただくか会場のゴミ箱へ捨ててください。
・お子様ご同伴のお客様はお子様とはぐれられないようお願いいたします。
・エリア内にはお手洗いのご用意がございませんので、施設内のものをご利用ください。
・迷惑行為が確認された場合はチケットをお持ちであっても即退場とさせていただきます。その際の返金はございません。
・他、イベントの趣旨に反する行為が確認された場合は即退場とさせていただきます。その際の返金はございません。
その他の注意事項
●会場へ自転車、スケートボードなどの乗り物の乗り入れ、はご遠慮下さい。
●テーブルやイスなどの持ち込みはご遠慮下さい。
●BBQ、花火、爆発物など火を使うもの刃物などは持ち込みは厳禁です。
●GREEN SPRINGS内にロッカーはございますが、数に限りがございます。そのため今年はクロークをご用意いたしました。通常の荷物の他、乳母車も預かる事ができますのでご利用ください。（エリアマップ参照）
●ゴミは必ず分別の上、ゴミ箱に捨ててください。
●会場周辺の自然植物を傷つける等の行為は絶対におやめください
●混雑緩和および危険防止のため、会場および周辺ではスタッフの指示に従うようお願い申し上げます。その場合入場を制限する場 合がございますので、予めご了承下さい。
●合法・違法関わらず薬物(危険ドラッグ等含む)の使用・持ち込みを固くお断りします。発見した場合は直ちにご退場頂きます。
●会場周辺での徹夜等、周辺施設や住民の方々の迷惑となる行為は、固くお断り致します。
●会場内では、スタッフやプレス関係者等により、写真撮影または動画撮影される可能性がございます。それら撮影された写真、映像等は、妖怪盆踊りの公式サイト、SNSまたは各種媒体で公開される可能性があります。あらかじめご了承ください。
●会場内・外、駐車場での事故・紛失・盗難・ケガ・病気等、主催者・会場は責任を負いません。お客様の責任において対応してい ただきますよう、お願い致します。
●会場内外で事故や事件、傷害等を起こされた場合については、当事者間で問題解決をしていただきます。お客様間のトラブルに関 しても、主催者はその協議等、問題解決には一切関与致しませんので予めご了承下さい。
●止むを得ない都合により急遽内容変更や中止となる場合がございます。予めご了承下さい。
Yagura Stage Area Guidelines
・The yagura stage area (hereinafter referred to as “the area”) is strictly non-smoking, ncluding electronic cigarettes.
・Reservation of space, the use of mats, and chairs are prohibited within the area.
・Bringing coolers is not allowed.
・Food and beverages are permitted.
・There is no designated wheelchair priority area. Please understand this.
・Wheelchairs are not allowed on the lawn, so wheelchair users should enjoy the event in areas other than the grassy area.
・Baby strollers are not allowed inside the area. You can leave them at the cloakroom for a fee.
・Guests with large bags are kindly requested to check them at the cloakroom.
・Pets are not allowed inside the area (they are allowed in areas outside the venue).
・Please dispose of your trash in designated kitchen car bins or venue trash cans.
・Guests with children are requested to ensure that their children do not get separated from them.
・Restroom facilities are not available within the area, so please use the facilities provided within the venue.
・In case of disruptive behavior, even ticket holders may be ejected from the event without a refund.
・Any actions that go against the spirit of the event may result in immediate ejection, and refunds will not be provided in such cases.
Other Important Notices
・Please refrain from bringing bicycles, skateboards, or any other forms of transportation into the venue.
・Bringing tables and chairs is not allowed.
・Bringing items that use fire, such as BBQ equipment, fireworks, explosives, or sharp objects, is strictly prohibited.
・While there are lockers available at GREEN SPRINGS, their number is limited. Therefore, this year we have provided a cloakroom. In addition to regular belongings, ・we can also store baby strollers. (Refer to the area map for details).
・Please make sure to separate your trash and dispose of it in the appropriate bins.
・Please absolutely refrain from any actions that may harm the natural vegetation in the vicinity of the venue.
・To alleviate congestion and ensure safety, please follow the instructions of our staff within the venue and its surroundings. Please be aware that we may have to ・restrict entry in certain situations.
・The use or possession of drugs (including dangerous substances) is strictly prohibited, regardless of their legality. If discovered, you will be asked to leave immediately.
・Engaging in activities such as overnight stays in the vicinity of the venue that may cause inconvenience to nearby facilities or residents is strictly prohibited.
・Within the venue, staff and press personnel may take photographs or videos. These images and footage may be shared on the Yo-kai Bon Dance official website, social media, or various media platforms. Please be aware of this in advance.
・The organizers and venue are not responsible for accidents, losses, thefts, injuries, illnesses, or any other incidents that may occur inside or outside the venue, including the parking area. Please handle such situations responsibly on your part.
・In case of accidents, incidents, injuries, or other issues occurring inside or outside the venue, the parties involved will be responsible for resolving them. Regarding disputes among customers, the organizers will not be involved in any discussions or resolutions, so please be aware of this in advance.
・Unforeseen circumstances may necessitate last-minute changes or cancellations. Please understand this in advance.
